We offer a 30-day return policy. You may submit a return request within 30 days upon receiving your items.
Return Requirements
All returned goods must be kept in their original condition: unused, unopened, with original tags and intact packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To initiate a return, please contact us via irenelinlee14@gmail.com. Once your return request is approved, we will send you a pre-paid return label together with detailed shipping instructions. Please send the package to the address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS].
Unauthorized returns without prior application will not be accepted. Return shipping fees shall be borne by the buyer.

Damaged & Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the items are defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.)
- Customized or personalized products
- Personal care and beauty products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids and gases
Promotional items and gift cards are also non-returnable. Please contact us if you have any questions about specific products.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get your desired item is to return the original product and place a new order after your return is approved.
14-Day Cooling-off Period for EU Customers
Notwithstanding the above terms, customers located in the European Union have the right to cancel the order or return the goods within 14 days without giving any reason. The items must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact, and a proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
We will notify you after we receive and inspect your returned goods to confirm whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or card issuers may need additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
